Terms of Service

Will draw: OCs, Furry, Gift Art, Humans, Humans with animal characteristics, Adopt art, Anthros, Fantasy (RPG, DnD, WoW, etc) Sex SFW (NSFW+$20), male or female presenting characters, scaled creatures (dragons, non-anthro, ETC), light armor, simple guns, dark themes, mild to intense gore/blood, partial nudity, NSFW pin-ups, Everything is up for discussion, just talk to me about it and I will try. Group shots. Scenes will be more expensive depending on complexity.
Won’t draw: Mech, full body complex armor, feral, fetish, Hardcore kink, anything p*dophilic, hyper, Pokemon, Anime, any style that is not my own, no heavily geared up / fully plated characters (some exceptions), no detailed weaponry design/creation from scratch.

Business:
• All payments will be through Paypal or Ko-Fi (USD)
• Payment is required before I proceed.
• Prepay also required to secure a slot if slots are offered.
• Be sure to select “Pay for Goods and Services” when using Paypal if you are not purchasing through Ko-Fi.
• I reserve the right to turn away any potential commissions due to disinterest or inability or bad experience.
• I reserve the right to use all art for portfolio purposes unless directly stated for commercial use and license fee is paid (agreed upon in discussion). All goods are digital, the work done for you will never be physically shipped. You are welcome to print out a physical copy for your own use. I reserve the right to print out a physical copy for my own use. I will not sell prints of Your Character unless given permission. Prices may suffer adjustments overtime, due to skill improvement and by demand.
• I reserve the right to refund a client at any time.
• I will always communicate any delays with you due to illness or vacation. It’s best to join my discord for up-to-date announcements.
• Commissions are for personal use ONLY unless otherwise designated and agreed upon pre-completion.
• Default transparent / solid color / gradient background is standard. If you would like a transparent PNG of your image you must let me know BEFORE our transaction is complete. I remove all layered files once each commission is completed. You are welcome to make your file into a transparent PNG yourself. NSFW Commissions are only available to buyers age +18. I must be able to verify your age on social media before I will proceed!

Social:
• The artist possesses the full right to display commissioned works on all of its online galleries / social media.
• DO NOT USE MY WORK FOR NFT EVER
• Please DO NOT resell my art. The only exception is if my art is included in a set of art for an Adoptable or is an Adoptable.
• Adoptables can only be sold for an amount equal or less than the Original Sale Price. Adoptables made by me that receive additional artwork may be sold for a higher price than the Original Sale Price.
• Please DO NOT claim as your own artwork.
• Be patient and polite. A thank you goes a long way and I really appreciate it.
• Sharing with Credit or Reposting with Credit is always okay. Please tag me!
• My DMs on Twitter, discord, and my email are open for questions and inquiries.
• Completion time can vary. I am a hobby artist and I work full time. Please acknowledge this, if I feel rushed or nitpicked by a client my creativity depletes and your image will take longer to complete.

Commission Process:
• As of 10/29/2022 All Commissions Requests Will Be Accepted through Ko-Fi. This protects you and me during our transaction.
• Include as many references as you possibly can. Please be sure to include as many details and reference images as possible in your email or discord messages. If you want a specific pose, you MUST let me know BEFORE the sketch is started. This means you state "I want this pose specifically", do not state it as a suggestion as I will take it as such. Please don't state "I actually wanted something like this" and then request a new sketch. I want to draw what will look good and to the best of my abilities, not a carbon copy of a reference photo. If you want that kind of photo realistic art, there are other artists who are a better option for you. I will not photo trace.
• Description based only characters with no reference art incur a +$10 Design Fee. This can be paid via Ko-Fi donation if necessary.
• Upgrade to an Illustration with Complex background or scenery cost: +$32
• Additional Character Fee = +½ base price
• NSFW content fee +$20
• Suggested References: previously commissioned artworks, mood boards, written character definition (mood and disposition), RPR websites, photos of models, photos of objects, pose suggestions or requests, etc
• You might receive courtesy progress shots at any time via discord but it will be low-quality or cropped. WIPs are not a right by default, I will send them voluntarily. Don’t be demanding or you will demotivate me.
• Once payment is complete, you will receive a rough sketch within two weeks, unless otherwise communicated. This is the ONLY time you may request any changes to the sketch. A positive reaction is approval, and if no changes are requested within 24 hours from sending the sketch, line work will be started.
• After the line work process is started no changes can be made without a $10 fee which must be paid BEFORE any more progress is done. This is to protect my time and effort, within reason. Changes include pose adjustments, attributes, body type, and additional reference images other than the references provided during the sketch process. This is to protect my time.
• You will be emailed (If we are communicating via Discord I will send the files through Discord) a high resolution file (at least 600dpi). PLEASE DO NOT EDIT THIS FILE unless given permission!
• This concludes our deal. Please provide the email you wish to receive the file in your initial message or I will send it to the invoiced address.
• Completion time: 3-8 weeks depending on complexity. You can only request refunds if the sketch stage has not been started within 2 weeks of payment.
